Vous pouvez aller jusqu\u2019\u00e0 24 heures de repos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cuisson du r\u00f4ti de porc<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffez le barbecue \u00e0 200\u00b0C en cuisson indirecte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9gouttez le porc en r\u00e9servant la marinade.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A couvercle ouvert, faites cuire chaque face 10 minutes au-dessus de la source de chaleur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une fois dor\u00e9, d\u00e9placez le r\u00f4ti sur la partie indirecte.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fermez le couvercle et laissez cuire le r\u00f4ti de porc environ 50 minutes en le retournant toutes les 10 minutes. Arrosez-le r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement de marinade jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir 65\u00b0C \u00e0 c\u0153ur.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration des p\u00eaches, de la sauce et dressage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Une fois cuite, sortez la viande.
