Cette pr\u00e9paration italienne fait office d&#8217;entr\u00e9e id\u00e9ale pendant un repas estival. De quoi bien entamer les hostilit\u00e9s avant quelques grillades parfum\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>Temps de pr\u00e9paration : 5 min<\/td><td>Temps de cuisson : 23 min<\/td><td>Nombre de personnes : 4<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 t\u00eate d&#8217;ail enti\u00e8re<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 branche de thym frais<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Huile d&#8217;olive extra vierge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 tranches de pain au levain ou pain ciabatta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poivre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffez le barbecue \u00e0 feu vif en cuisson directe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coupez l&#8217;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 de la t\u00eate d&#8217;ail pour en d\u00e9couvrir les gousses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disposez les gousses sur une feuille de papier aluminium avec la branche de thym.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arrosez le tout d&#8217;un filet d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refermez la feuille d&#8217;aluminium pour faire une papillote.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9posez la papillote dans les braises pendant 20 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A mi-cuisson de l&#8217;ail, disposez les tranches de pain sur la grille et laissez dorer 2-3 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9gagez les gousses d&#8217;ail de leur enveloppe en pin\u00e7ant l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sa base.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tartinez les tranches de pain grill\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arrosez d&#8217;un filet d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive. Salez et poivrez \u00e0 votre convenance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Servez ti\u00e8de.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Vos <strong>bruschettas \u00e0 l&#8217;ail<\/strong> sont pr\u00eates !
