Ce m\u00e9lange gourmand, aux saveurs sal\u00e9es-sucr\u00e9es, se compose d\u2019une tranche de camembert cr\u00e9meux sur un lit de compote de pommes entour\u00e9 d\u2019une feuille de brick. Le fromage fondant associ\u00e9 \u00e0 la croustillante de la feuille, sublim\u00e9e par le filet de miel, est une explosion de texture et de go\u00fbt. A vos fourneaux !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>Temps de pr\u00e9paration : 30 min<\/td><td>Temps de cuisson : 10 min<\/td><td>Nombre de personnes : 6<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00bd de camembert au lait cru<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 pommes rouges<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 feuilles de brick<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c.\u00e0.s de cassonade<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g de beurre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poivre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Miel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recette feuilles de bricks au camembert, pomme et miel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration des pommes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lavez les pommes, coupez les en deux et retirez les p\u00e9pins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coupez les en tranches de 2 mm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans une po\u00eale, faites les cuire 30 g de beurre pendant 5 \u00e0 6 minutes \u00e0 feu moyen. Remuez r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saupoudrez-les de cassonade.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salez, poivrez et laissez cuire encore 5 \u00e0 6 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laissez les pommes refroidir dans une assiette.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration des bricks au camembert<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C (th. 6-7).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coupez le camembert en tranches \u00e9paisses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9talez les feuilles de brick sur le plan de travail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9posez les morceaux de pommes sur le bord de chaque feuille de brick.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9partissez les tranches de camembert dessus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assaisonnez d\u2019un tour de moulin \u00e0 poivre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Roulez les feuilles en repliant les bords vers l\u2019int\u00e9rieur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9posez les bricks sur la plaque du four recouvert de papier sulfuris\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faites fondre les 20 g de beurre restant et badigeonnez-le sur les bricks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faites les cuire pendant 10 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une fois cuits, arrosez-les d\u2019un filet de miel pour plus de gourmandise.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-background\" style=\"background-color:#b9c9b759\"><tbody><tr><td>\ud83d\udca1<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Astuce :<\/span><br>Vous pouvez tr\u00e8s bien faire cuire vos bricks au camembert dans un plat au barbecue en cuisson indirect ou bien recouverts d\u2019une cloche sur la plancha.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Voil\u00e0 vos <strong>bricks au camembert<\/strong> et pommes fondantes pr\u00eates \u00e0 \u00eatre d\u00e9gust\u00e9es en entr\u00e9e.
