Ce plat italien offre tout le r\u00e9confort n\u00e9cessaire apr\u00e8s une longue journ\u00e9e froide d&#8217;hiver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>Temps de pr\u00e9paration : 35 min<\/td><td>Temps de cuisson : 30 min<\/td><td>Nombre de personnes : 4<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>250 g de riz rond<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 g de c\u00e8pes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 bouquet de persil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 oignon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 c.\u00e0.s d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 cl de cr\u00e8me<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c.\u00e0.s de parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>37,5 cl de bouillon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00e9lange d&#8217;\u00e9pices du trappeur<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00c9pluchez et \u00e9mincez finement l&#8217;oignon et la moiti\u00e9 du persil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans une casserole, faites chauffer l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faites fondre l&#8217;oignon \u00e9minc\u00e9 avec le persil et 1 pinc\u00e9e d&#8217;\u00e9pices du trappeur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nettoyez et coupez les c\u00e8pes en morceaux.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajoutez les champignons dans la casserole et laissez revenir quelques minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajoutez le riz et faites blondir le m\u00e9lange.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pendant ce temps, pr\u00e9parez le bouillon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une fois le m\u00e9lange blondi, ajoutez une louche de bouillon et remuez sans cesse jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 absorption.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9p\u00e9tez le processus jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 obtenir un riz al dente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une fois le riz cuit, ajoutez la cr\u00e8me, le parmesan, le reste du persil et une pinc\u00e9e d&#8217;\u00e9pices du trappeur.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Voil\u00e0 un savoureux <strong>risotto aux c\u00e8pes et parmesan<\/strong> qui n&#8217;attend plus qu&#8217;un coup de cuill\u00e8re pour \u00eatre d\u00e9gust\u00e9.
