Alors aujourd&#8217;hui, on vous d\u00e9voile une <a title=\"recette plancha\" href=\"https:\/\/www.esprit-barbecue.fr\/blog\/category\/recettes\/plancha\/\">recette<\/a> id\u00e9ale pour les f\u00eates : les <strong>noix de Saint-Jacques r\u00f4ties<\/strong> au piment d&#8217;Espelette et l\u00e9gumes d&#8217;hiver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>Temps de pr\u00e9paration : 20 min<\/td><td>Temps de cuisson : 30 min<\/td><td>Nombre de personnes : 4<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>20 noix de Saint-Jacques<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cube de bouillon de volaille<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 c.\u00e0.s de fond pour r\u00f4ti<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g de carottes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g d&#8217;oignons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g de panais<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 cl de vin blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 c.\u00e0.s d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>70 cl d&#8217;eau<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 gousse d&#8217;ail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 brins de thym<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 pinc\u00e9es de piment d&#8217;Espelette<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de safran<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 feuilles de laurier<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pr\u00e9parez les noix de St-Jacques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9pluchez et taillez finement les carottes, oignons et panais.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans une sauteuse chaude, faites-les revenir avec un peu de mati\u00e8re grasse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajoutez-y le vin blanc, 50 cl d&#8217;eau, l&#8217;ail, le thym, le piment d&#8217;Espelette, le laurier et le bouillon de volaille.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rectifiez l&#8217;assaisonnement \u00e0 votre convenance et laissez cuire pendant 20 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pendant ce temps, d\u00e9layez le fond pour r\u00f4ti avec 20 cl d&#8217;eau et portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans une sauteuse ou sur la plancha, saisissez d\u00e9licatement les Saint-Jacques avec l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive, 2 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajoutez-y une pinc\u00e9e de safran.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dressez harmonieusement dans une assiette creuse en d\u00e9corant avec le fond de r\u00f4ti dilu\u00e9 et le safran.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Servez le court bouillon et les l\u00e9gumes dans un plat \u00e0 part.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Voil\u00e0 vos <strong>noix de Saint-Jacques r\u00f4ties <\/strong>et leurs l\u00e9gumes d&#8217;hiver pr\u00eates \u00e0 \u00eatre d\u00e9gust\u00e9es.
