Pour changer du traditionnel steak hach\u00e9 de boeuf, on revisite l&#8217;incontournable hamburger avec du blanc de dinde hach\u00e9, sublim\u00e9 par la douce feta \u00e9miett\u00e9e, accompagn\u00e9e de quelques piments doux. Alors, \u00e0 vos fourneaux. D\u00e9coupez \u00e9galement les piments en morceaux fins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langez la dinde hach\u00e9e, la feta et les piments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salez et poivrez \u00e0 votre convenance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formez 4 boules \u00e0 aplatir pour obtenir une belle galette assez \u00e9paisse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une fois le barbecue \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature, laissez cuire les galettes 8 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vers la fin de la cuisson des galettes de dinde, ajoutez les pains \u00e0 hamburger pour les toaster l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Garnissez les burgers selon votre convenance.
