Aujourd&#8217;hui, on vous d\u00e9voile notre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.esprit-barbecue.fr\/blog\/category\/recettes\/barbecue\/\" title=\"recette barbecue\">recette<\/a> de <strong>dip de poulet au barbecue<\/strong> accompagn\u00e9s de 3 sauces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>Temps de pr\u00e9paration : 20 min<\/td><td>Temps de repos : 4 h<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Temps de cuisson : 10 min<\/td><td>Nombre de personnes : 4<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>400 g de blancs de poulet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c.\u00e0.s de miel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 c.\u00e0.s de sauce soja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 gousse d&#8217;ail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>B\u00e2tons de citronnelles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tomates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sel de c\u00e9leri<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Piment d&#8217;Espelette<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 p\u00eaches jaunes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 petite noix de gingembre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 c.\u00e0.c d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 yaourts nature<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 citron vert<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c.\u00e0.c de curry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recette de dip de poulet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration du poulet marin\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>D\u00e9coupez les blancs de poulet en petits morceaux.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langez la sauce soja, le miel et la gousse d&#8217;ail press\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9posez les morceaux de poulet dans le saladier et laissez mariner 4 heures au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration de la sauce tomates et piment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Faites chauffer une casserole avec de l&#8217;eau sal\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plongez 2 fois les tomates dans l&#8217;eau puis pelez-les.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mixez-les finement avec les tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es, 1 c.\u00e0.c d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive, du sel de c\u00e9leri et du piment d&#8217;Espelette.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9servez.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration de la sauce p\u00eache gingembre<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lavez les p\u00eaches et d\u00e9noyautez-les.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mixez les p\u00eaches avec le gingembre press\u00e9 en ajoutant 1 c.\u00e0.c d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9servez.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration de la sauce yaourt citron<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dans un bol, r\u00e9cup\u00e9rez le jus du citron vert.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajoutez les 2 yaourts, le curry, un peu de sel et m\u00e9langez.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9servez.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cuisson des dips<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffez le barbecue \u00e0 feu vif en cuisson directe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enfilez les morceaux de poulet marin\u00e9s sur les b\u00e2tons de citronnelle ou sur des pics en bambou.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laissez cuire environ 10 minutes en gardant le couvercle ferm\u00e9 et en les retournant 1 \u00e0 2 fois.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Servez les brochettes de <strong>dip de poulet<\/strong> avec les 3 sauces faites maison.
