Alors pour rester dans l\u2019actualit\u00e9 et changer un peu, on a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de vous parler du<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> barbecue vegan<\/span>. La plupart des personnes pensent que le barbecue est uniquement utilis\u00e9 pour faire griller de la viande marin\u00e9e, du poisson ou du poulet. Cependant, de plus en plus de monde opte pour un mode de vie sain et moins cruel envers les animaux. Ils cuisinent des aliments diff\u00e9rents et ne <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">consomment aucun produit issu des animaux ou de leur exploitation<\/span>. Comme toutes les autres personnes, les v\u00e9ganes appr\u00e9cient les mets grill\u00e9s au barbecue ! En plus des d\u00e9licieuses brochettes de l\u00e9gumes, ils combinent \u00e9galement diff\u00e9rents ingr\u00e9dients et arrivent \u00e0 reproduire les saveurs et parfois<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<div style=\"clear: both; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">m\u00eame la texture de la viande. Son ouvrage nous initie \u00e0 <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">l\u2019art de cuisiner de la fausse viande<\/span> et \u00e0 la pr\u00e9parer avant de la poser sur le grill. Voici une recette tir\u00e9e de son livre !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Burger italien et pain focaccia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Une recette p\u00e9tillante composait de mets italiens : champignons frais, tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es, oignons rouges, origan, persil, basilic\u2026 Bref une <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">explosion de saveurs<\/span> en bouche !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Pour 3 ou 4 personnes<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 \u00e0 2 tasses de flocons d\u2019avoine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 tasse de farine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/4 de substitut d\u2019\u0153uf<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 tasse de champignons hach\u00e9s grossi\u00e8rement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 tasse d\u2019un oignon rouge hach\u00e9 grossi\u00e8rement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 tasse de poivrons hach\u00e9s grossi\u00e8rement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/4 tasse de tomates hach\u00e9es bien s\u00e9ch\u00e9es<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 gousses d\u2019ail pel\u00e9es et press\u00e9es<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 feuilles de basilic frais hach\u00e9es grossi\u00e8rement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 carotte r\u00e2p\u00e9e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c.c d\u2019origan s\u00e9ch\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 c.s de persil frais<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 c.s de p\u00e2te de tomate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 c.s de sauce soja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un peu de haricots<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pain vegan focaccia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Remarque : si vous n\u2019avez pas de pain focaccia, vous pouvez le remplacer par du pain pita v\u00e9g\u00e9talien<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Dans un robot culinaire, m\u00e9langez tous les ingr\u00e9dients sauf la focaccia. Ajoutez de la farine si besoin. Une fois le m\u00e9lange hach\u00e9, essayez de faire une boulette. Si elle reste compacte, le m\u00e9lange est termin\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Laissez refroidir la pr\u00e9paration pendant une heure. Fa\u00e7onnez des galettes d\u2019un demi-pouce d\u2019\u00e9paisseur et de quatre pouces de diam\u00e8tre. Couvrez un plateau de cellophane et placez les galettes dessus. Laissez-les refroidir durant trois heures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Faites chauffer le barbecue. Grillez les galettes pendant 4 \u00e0 6 minutes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elles soient l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9es. V\u00e9rifiez que les ingr\u00e9dients restent bien coll\u00e9s.
