Ces d\u00e9licieuses c\u00f4tes lev\u00e9es sont sublim\u00e9es par le go\u00fbt prononc\u00e9 du whisky accompagn\u00e9 d&#8217;\u00e9pices et de la c\u00e9l\u00e8bre sauce Worcestershire. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>Temps de pr\u00e9paration : 20 min<\/td><td>Temps de cuisson : 1 heure<\/td><td>Nombre de personnes : 4<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 kg de travers de porc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 c.\u00e0.s de Jack Daniel&#8217;s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c.\u00e0.s de paprika<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c.\u00e0.c de caf\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c.\u00e0.c de cumin en poudre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c.\u00e0.c de cardamome en poudre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c.\u00e0.c d&#8217;oignon d\u00e9shydrat\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c.\u00e0.s de tabasco<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 c.\u00e0.s de vinaigre de vin rouge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g de cassonade<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cl d&#8217;eau<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cube de bouillon de boeuf<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 c.\u00e0.s de sauce Worcestershire<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four ou le barbecue \u00e0 220\u00b0C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pr\u00e9parez la marinade en m\u00e9langeant le paprika, le caf\u00e9, le cumin, la cardamome, le poivre, le sel et 1 c.\u00e0.s de Jack Daniel&#8217;s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retirez la membrane \u00e9lastique sur les travers puis badigeonnez-les de marinade.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laissez cuire au four dans de l&#8217;aluminium pendant 1 heure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pendant ce temps, dans une casserole, versez le vinaigre de vin rouge, la cassonade, l&#8217;eau, le bouillon de boeuf, la sauce Worcestershire, l&#8217;oignon et 1 c.\u00e0.s de Jack Daniel&#8217;s. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et laissez r\u00e9duire sur le feu en laissant mijoter pendant 15 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une fois cuits, badigeonnez les ribs avec la sauce et servez chaud.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Une seule r\u00e8gle pour d\u00e9guster les ribs au Jack Daniel&#8217;s : lavez-vous les mains !
