R\u00e9servez.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A part, clarifiez 30 g de beurre et r\u00e9servez.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration de la chantilly <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Montez 20 cl de cr\u00e8me fleurette en chantilly en ajoutant 30 g de sucre glace \u00e0 la fin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans un bol, m\u00e9langez 60 g de mascarpone et les 30 g de sucre glace restant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporez d\u00e9licatement ce m\u00e9lange \u00e0 la chantilly puis r\u00e9servez.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration du caramel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dans une casserole, faites chauffer 160 g de sucre \u00e0 feu moyen jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtention d\u2019un caramel \u00e0 sec. Cela peut prendre 3 \u00e0 4 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En m\u00eame temps, faites chauffer 20 cl de cr\u00e8me fleurette dans une casserole jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00e9bullition et r\u00e9servez.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une fois le caramel pr\u00eat, retirez la casserole du feu et ajoutez petit \u00e0 petit la cr\u00e8me en remuant vivement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajoutez-y 80 g de beurre demi-sel et remuez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 avoir une cr\u00e8me semi-liquide.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-background\" style=\"background-color:#b9c9b759\"><tbody><tr><td>\ud83d\udca1<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Astuce :<\/span><br>Si la cr\u00e8me ne vous semble pas assez \u00e9paisse, remettez la casserole \u00e0 feu doux tout en remuant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention de la consistance souhait\u00e9e.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cuisson de la brioche sur la plancha<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>D\u00e9coupez la g\u00e2che en tranches d\u2019environ 2 cm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9posez chaque tranche de brioche dans l\u2019appareil pour bien les imbiber.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beurrez la plaque de cuisson chauff\u00e9e \u00e0 feu vif avec le beurre clarifi\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faites cuire les tranches de g\u00e2che imbib\u00e9e 2 \u00e0 3 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une fois bien dor\u00e9es, servez-les avec les pommes confites, la chantilly et le nappage caramel.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Voil\u00e0 votre <strong>brioche \u00e0 la plancha<\/strong> pr\u00eate \u00e0 \u00eatre d\u00e9gust\u00e9e. Un dessert qui s\u00e9duit petits et grands.
