Parfaitement cuites \u00e0 la plancha, les moules m\u00e9langent leur saveur iod\u00e9e \u00e0 la touche fum\u00e9e des chistorras et le l\u00e9ger piquant du piment. Souvent confondue avec le chorizo qui est sec, la chistorra est semi-s\u00e9ch\u00e9e, demandant plus de temps pour \u00eatre cuite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>Temps de pr\u00e9paration : 20 min<\/td><td>Temps de cuisson : 20 min<\/td><td>Nombre de personnes : 4<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 kg de moules<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 chistorras<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 g de flocons de pois chiches<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 piment d\u2019Anglet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd de fenouil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 cl de vin blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 cl de bouillon de volaille<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 poireau<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g de c\u00e2pres<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 citron jaune<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ustensiles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pics \u00e0 brochettes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cloche de cuisson<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spatule<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saladier<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recette de moules \u00e0 la plancha<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration et cuisson des moules<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lavez les moules et le piment d\u2019Anglet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faites chauffer la plancha \u00e0 feu moyen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9mincez le piment et coupez le fenouil en lamelles de 2 mm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faites-les revenir pendant 2 minutes puis ajoutez les moules.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verses le vin blanc et recouvrez d\u2019une cloche pendant 2 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pr\u00e9parez le bouillon de volaille.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arr\u00eatez la plancha et d\u00e9posez vos moules dans un saladier.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mouillez-les avec le bouillon de volaille.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lorsque les moules sont ouvertes, retirez-les de leurs coquilles et gardez le petit jus de cuisson.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la suite de la recette, pensez \u00e0 nettoyer votre plancha pour \u00e9viter le m\u00e9lange des go\u00fbts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cuisson des saucisses et pr\u00e9paration des l\u00e9gumes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rallumez la plancha \u00e0 petit feu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faites cuire vos chistorras pendant 5 minutes tout en les remuant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coupez le poireau en rondelles de 5 mm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lavez les morceaux \u00e0 l\u2019eau vinaigr\u00e9e puis essorez-les.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faites les cuire 3 minutes dans la graisse des chistorras.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajoutez les flocons de pois chiches pour les torr\u00e9fier.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mouillez progressivement avec le bouillon de volaille pendant 3 minutes \u00e0 petit feu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Tous vos aliments sont pr\u00eats, il n\u2019y a plus qu\u2019\u00e0 monter les brochettes dans cet ordre : chistorra, poireau, moule, fenouil et piment d\u2019Anglet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vos brochettes de moules \u00e0 la plancha et chistorra n\u2019attendent plus qu\u2019\u00e0 \u00eatre d\u00e9gust\u00e9es.
