Alors pourquoi pas  d\u00e9guster un savoureux <strong>gaspacho grill\u00e9 glac\u00e9<\/strong> avec cette <a title=\"recette\" href=\"https:\/\/www.esprit-barbecue.fr\/blog\/category\/recettes\/\">recette<\/a> vegan faite maison. C&#8217;est parti !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>Temps de pr\u00e9paration : 20 min<\/td><td>Temps de repos : 12 h<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Temps de cuisson : 12 min<\/td><td>Nombre de personnes : 4<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>6 grosses tomates olivettes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 poivrons rouges<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 oignons rouges<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 c.\u00e0.c de sel aux \u00e9pices grill\u00e9es<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd c.\u00e0.c de poivre noir de Kampot<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 L de jus de tomate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 c.\u00e0.s de basilic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c.\u00e0.s de vinaigre de X\u00e9r\u00e8s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tabasco vert<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 concombre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12,5 cl de cr\u00e8me fraiche \u00e9paisse<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Huile d&#8217;olive vierge extra<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recette du gaspacho aux l\u00e9gumes d&#8217;\u00e9t\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration des l\u00e9gumes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffez le barbecue \u00e0 feu moyen en cuisson indirecte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lavez les l\u00e9gumes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9videz les tomates et coupez-les en deux dans le sens de la longueur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9videz les poivrons en retirant les membranes blanches et les p\u00e9pins puis taillez-les en grosses lani\u00e8res.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Epluchez les oignons et coupez-les en rondelles d&#8217;1 cm de large.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9servez 2 rondelles d&#8217;oignon et 2 lani\u00e8res de poivron au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pour la d\u00e9coration finale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans un saladier, d\u00e9posez les tomates, les poivrons et les oignons. Huilez, salez et poivrez.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cuisson des l\u00e9gumes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sur les grilles du barbecue propres, faites griller les tomates et poivrons 6 \u00e0 8 minutes. Gardez le couvercle ferm\u00e9 un maximum et retournez les l\u00e9gumes 1 \u00e0 2 fois, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que leur peaux soit boursouffl\u00e9e et la chair tendre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En m\u00eame temps, faites griller aussi les oignons 10 \u00e0 12 minutes jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;ils noircissent l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une fois cuits, retirez les l\u00e9gumes et laissez-les refroidir en \u00f4tant et jetant les morceaux br\u00fbl\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration du gaspacho<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un blender, mixez les l\u00e9gumes grill\u00e9s avec leur jus et en ajoutant 50 cl de jus de tomate jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 obtenir une pur\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gardez au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant au moins 8 heures (\u00e9quivalent \u00e0 toute une nuit).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lorsque la pur\u00e9e de l\u00e9gumes est bien glac\u00e9e, v\u00e9rifiez la texture. Trop \u00e9paisse ? Ajoutez du jus de tomate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ciselez le basilic et ajoutez le \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Versez \u00e9galement le vinaigre et quelques gouttes de Tabasco. Si besoin, salez et poivrez \u00e0 nouveau.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pelez et d\u00e9coupez le concombre en petits d\u00e9s. M\u00eame chose pour les lani\u00e8res de poivrons et les rondelles d&#8217;oignons gard\u00e9es au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans vos plus beaux verres ou bol, versez le gaspacho, froid ou \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.
