Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 le bois d\u00e9gage un <strong>maximum de fum\u00e9e blanche pleine de saveurs<\/strong> !<\/p>\n<h4>Mise en route du foyer :<\/h4>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Allumez le charbon de bois<\/strong> dans la cuve inf\u00e9rieure du fumoir, vous pouvez vous aidez d\u2019<strong>une chemin\u00e9e d\u2019allumage.<\/strong> Une fois le charbon ardent <strong>positionner les copeaux humides dessus.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Fermez le fumoir<\/strong> afin de le laisser <strong>monter en temp\u00e9rature<\/strong> (de 40 \u00b0C \u00e0 120-150 \u00b0C selon vote aliment).<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Parall\u00e8lement, <strong>pr\u00e9parez la coupelle \u00e0 eau<\/strong>\u00a0 : en plus de l&#8217;eau vous pouvez ajouter<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0des herbes aromatiques, du sel et du poivre.
