Aujourd\u2019hui, on s&#8217;att\u00e8le \u00e0 une recette typiquement am\u00e9ricaine : le <strong>pain de viande au barbecue<\/strong> inspir\u00e9 de la pr\u00e9paration de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/belgianbbq\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BelgianBBQ<\/a>. Cette cr\u00e9ation all\u00e9chante m\u00eale viande hach\u00e9e, de d\u00e9licieux morceaux de comt\u00e9 fondants, de belles tranches de lard fum\u00e9.
