Laissez-le 1 nuit de plus si besoin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lorsque votre foie gras est pr\u00eat, pr\u00e9chauffez le barbecue \u00e0 80\u00b0C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tassez la viande marin\u00e9e dans une terrine en \u00e9vitant les bulles d\u2019air.
